# Phase 3 UI Canary 01 — Revoked Evidence

Status: rejected after manual evidence audit; never use this directory as Phase 3 acceptance proof.

The runtime initially marked both visual reviews accepted. Opening the exact persisted captures exposed a contradiction: `caregiver-home-caregiver-completed-402.png` removed the Helios header, Robert identity, and Home/Schedule/People navigation, leaving only the completed action card. The Sol judgment nevertheless stated that navigation was consistently present.

This run therefore proves a verifier blind spot, not product acceptance. The replacement gate adds deterministic per-capture visible-selector assertions and requires the completed viewport to retain the stable shell, person identity, and primary navigation before independent visual judgment runs.
